Guess Sawgrass Mills charge me twice for the same purse

I was shopping at Guess Sawgrass Mills on July 31, 2016 and I have bought 3 sunglasses and 1 purse, an now that I am confirming my bills I noticed that they charged me twice for the same purse. How can they charge twice for the same purse with the same ID number? Now I am in Brazil, so I wonder how Guess will return me this money? On August 1, 2016 I visited SoHo's Guess Store (537 Broadway) to return a watch and to take a link off another watch. I have been a guess factory customer for over 10 years and I've been purchasing multiple orders in the past years. I have never had a problem with that and now they're making a big issue about the free shipping code that always works. How is it the customers fault that they have found a code that gives them free shipping? I bought a guess handbag and have been going through customer services to arrange a replacement due the the handles breaking on the first use. I have been given a voucher to spend online but only on full price products and my original bag is in the sale. I am not happy as guess has my original faulty bag and I need to pay more money now to get a replacement. I will not buy any more guess products as their after sales care is atrocious. Read more

I am not going to buy anything from Guess company anymore! Their return policy is very bad, and customer service is extremely bad! Before I exchange my purchases, they told me there is no shipping fees on my exchange order, after I did, they charged me 12.95 which never mentioned before. I called back and asked, they told me no shipping charge on the exchange, but the return. They are kidding right? They are a joke, tried to fool their customer.... Read more

I returned an item two days ago that I purchased a week ago. I payed using a credit card. I have yet to see the credit on my card.

I bought my guess suitcase from Marshalls. Loved the fact that i was able to get it in a set. 4 months later after only my 2nd trip, the large suitcases is ripped. Right in the front. Dont know what to do now.Really I wanted to return it back but I cant. So disappointed. Now to buy another suitcase. More money out the door.

on the 17-05-2016 my hubby purchased a guess bag from the guess gateway shop in Durban, when he brought it home a silver button was missing from it, so on the 1805 I went in return it and exchanged it for another bag , I used the bag and same thing happened again. I cannot believe this. I bought my Guess purse in Feb this year and the zipper is already broken. I bought it from the Guess retail store in the Canal Walk shopping Center in Cape Town. So i know it is the genuine product. Please advise where I can repair this zipper in South Africa. Cape Town.
