I purchased a pair of jeans 3 months ago and as of today they are useless to me. At first the belt loop broke and now they tore at the crotch. For the price, I would not recommend Guess Jeans. bought these faux leather Neil joggers. nice look and fit but the material is so fragile that after sitting in the the seat and crotch seam has pulled away and stretched. now there are hufe holes.These are not tight but loose hence joggers. i got them on sale but they sell for $110. Got two wears out of them now garbage. Over priced cheaply made.

Purchased a brand new arrival watch worth about $250. They tried to size it but during that process misplaced the pin of the watch and put some random pin and watch fell off of my wrist. I did shopping online with them. It is really bad service! The people will cut off your phone anytime they want. When I try to call back, they will put you on hold forever. I was waiting there for 25 mins because I try to complain they sent me wrong item and I want my money back. The presenter is really rude. ordered two items i bought online about 4 weeks ago and i still dont see no return back in my card. everytime i call i get hung up on…. do not ever shop from them. they are FRAUDDDD and full of ***. 0 customer service and they do not care about what you say they will repeat the same *** to you over and over again. now they are trying to pass me to bank , that has nothing to do with the bank. they are fraud, I wonder how many times they do that... Guess Sawgrass Mills charge me twice for the same purse

I was shopping at Guess Sawgrass Mills on July 31, 2016 and I have bought 3 sunglasses and 1 purse, an now that I am confirming my bills I noticed that they charged me twice for the same purse. How can they charge twice for the same purse with the same ID number? Now I am in Brazil, so I wonder how Guess will return me this money? On August 1, 2016 I visited SoHo's Guess Store (537 Broadway) to return a watch and to take a link off another watch. I have been a guess factory customer for over 10 years and I've been purchasing multiple orders in the past years. I have never had a problem with that and now they're making a big issue about the free shipping code that always works. How is it the customers fault that they have found a code that gives them free shipping? I bought a guess handbag and have been going through customer services to arrange a replacement due the the handles breaking on the first use. I have been given a voucher to spend online but only on full price products and my original bag is in the sale. I am not happy as guess has my original faulty bag and I need to pay more money now to get a replacement. I will not buy any more guess products as their after sales care is atrocious. Read more
