Guess purse purchased onboard Celebrity South American cruise March 2015
I bought several Guess purses as pic shows along with invoice of cost.First and Second pics show defective handle. Third, is the second handle which is just fine.I have numerous emails that I was initially directed to contact, who are in charge of supplying Guess purses to cruises??

I can forward all those to you too. Big run around! I really like the purse (animal print duffle with 2 handles as shown with group purses I bought.) and would like it repaired if not replaced.

Wanted to cancel an order i made online. Whatever you do DO NOT EMAIL THEM!
No one checks those. I call them and the first lady who could have easily cancelled my order told me to call the carrier and then gave me the wrong carrier and number. By the time I called the second time they had finished preparing it and there was nothing they could do.
Even though its still at their warehouse. Seriously annoyed that the only times their lines are open are 9am to 1pm mon-fri and the advice the lady gave me over the phone was "call earlier on a monday" as if i dont have to work!

Went to topanga mall woodland hills two female associates one was in management position where in deep personal conversation . I was ignored never said hello too or as little if I need help .
I had to wait 15 mins to try my clothes .
It seems like we are paying people to walk around . Worst store worst service they need to be closed !!!!
