Guess Winter Coat

I purchased this winter coat from the Bay 2015. It is a light grey color - 55% duck and 45% water fowl. Whenever I wear this coat I look like a duck myself. The feathers bleed through the lining covering my clothes with white feathers. The quality is very disappointing. Is there something I can do so I can get my wear out of this winter coat? I am so disappointed in Guess quality and wanted to see how their customer service would handle my experience. Thank you and have a nice day.

Undelivered parcel

I order a a bracelet through guess.eu. Everyday since the dispatching order I was checking everyday where is my package. Today (25/11/2015) around 3 am in the morning I checked the package and it was saying: Succesfully delivered on 24/11/2015 at 10:00 am. So immediatelly I contacted via phone number company Guess. I explained the situation in nice manner what happened. The lady on the other side was leaving me on hold 2-3 times. She said to me the name of person who recieved my package and asked if I do not know this neighbour. I said no. After she said the courier company can leave parcel with any neighbours. I can understand that, it is quite logical, but the courier did not left any message, any note, any email or text. I asked her how it is possible? She put me on hold. She told me to go to post office, grab a form, fill it up and send it, while she will contact headquarters. I asked her about adress where should I send the form. She gave me email adress. What the *** is that? Firstly she gave me wrong email, she put me on hold, and after she gave me right one email adress. I said okey, hang up the phone. After I called the DHL courier company, cause the traking number and tracking information was on their page. They told me the cooperate with Parcel Force UK. So again I needed to find phone contact number for that company and call them. They took my phone number, adress, tracking number and said to me they will let me know as soon as possible. The main thing and problem is, I ordered bracelet, I paid for it and I was waiting for it. I DID NOT RECIEVE IT. I did not recieve any email, message, text or call where my parcel if left. And why I am providing my phone number after all? After calling the main company I need to look for my parcel, go to grab some form and send it to you by email? And calling 2 couriers company and they did not offer any quick solution? Do you think this is good customer service? It was my first shopping with GUESS.eu and probably the last one. I feel myself really angry, dissapointed and it is big disgrace for GUESS.eu and both courier companies. Thank you

Poor customer service

Bought a watch at Sears. It has quit working 3 times in the 9 months I've had it. Took it to their watch repair, everything is ok. Brought it into Sears for a replacement and they have said it's Guess who must deal with it. Guess uses a third party to repair so all they can do is have us send it in at our cost for repair. Called Guess and they told us to go through Sears because we did not buy it at a Guess store. When I questioned why they don't support their product all the person could say is it was sold by a third party so they're responsible. They will not back their product at the end of the day so if you have an issue you're on your own. They just go in a circle when questioned about backing the *** they sell and point fingers at everyone else. Beware of this inability to deal with them if you buy their product. 10 year warranty could end up costing you more than the watch.

TERRIBLE!!!!

I had purchased some items of clothing from Guess all online and received 2 of my items in the next week. I was still missing 2 other items they had not shipped with my other order. I called them and they said that they are waiting to see if they are available in other warehouses. I wait a couple weeks and call customer care again to see where my items are. I spoke with the girl and she said they still haven't found a warehouse with my items and if they can't find them soon they will cancel my order. So a week or so after that happened I get an email from Guess saying that my items are no longer available and they have cancelled my order. I forgot to mention the do not charge you until your item has been shipped. So 6 days later I check my balance in my account and it says I have an overdrawn balance of over $200 so I call the bank right away and I ask where this overdrawn balance is from and they say GUESS tried to take money out. MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED!!!! WHY WOULD THEY TAKE OUT MONEY???! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! Just wanted to warn people out there if you want to order from GUESS be aware!!! I am never ordering online from them again!

Bad customer services

Last week I bought a watch from Guess branch in Square one and needed it re-sized. The girl who does that made a face when the other girl who sold it to me told i needed to be re-sized. I asked her to take out one part from each size and she took out two parts from one side, telling me impatiently "this is a final sale". I was really annoyed as to be treated that way in a reputable store like Guess. I suggest you train your representatives to behave well with customers.Thank you

I bought several Guess purses as pic shows along with invoice of cost.First and Second pics show defective handle. Third, is the second handle which is just fine.I have numerous emails that I was initially directed to contact, who are in charge of supplying Guess purses to cruises??

The Guess Retail store in Eastview Mall Victor NY has extremely pushy sales people and very rude and unprofessional management. My daughter and their college age friends will not even go in there as they are completely hounded by the sales staff. Just try to make a return from the website. Good Luck!! We will not be returning. How can Guess allow this store to operate in this fashion. We are contacting the mall owners with a complaint as well. There is no need for a hard sell in tjis mall. People buy what they want when they want it. You can do WAY better with this location Guess.

No answer on their customer service phone line. I'm on hold 30 minutes and it just hangs up The website is the worst. On cyber Monday it cranked down my Mac's cpu and when checking out, emptied my gift card without giving me credit.

Too bad service and people

I placed an order of $195 and without even notifying me they canceled the order. I was wondering because I never received a confirmation email of the order. I thought to find out about what was going on and why I still didn't receive an email for 1 week. I told them to pay the same amount since the order was the same and please receive my stuff but terrifically I got an answer saying from the (worst representative ) that " there is nothing we can do ". I said okay I understand that system can't allow you do that but he could have solved the problem if he was interested to help me. I hope nobody has to face this situation same like my case. Really really bad

GUESS, Never again !!!!! Chinese production. It is disaster.!!!! These 2 bags bough at the airport official Guess Shop. What a shame they turn to rubbish after 1 week. I will publish these photos everywhere. what a pity i could not go back to change return them and i did not have time to publish before this terrible products.. I have no name bags , after using years i did not see this kind of damage.And the value of these 2 bags are around 350 Euros... The white one i used only 2-3 times .What a bad brand.

I'm just writing to your company because I am very unimpressed with my experience of ordering online from Guess. Firstly, I ordered a shirt online and ordered a small. When I get the shipment, the shirt is in a large. I send it back and receive the right size after a matter of days so all is well. I go online a couple weeks later and order three wallets: a pink one, a purple one, and a blue one. I receive the pink and purple wallet, but the blue wallet is missing and instead there's a black wallet. I called the store and they sent me a free shipping label to send it back in exchange for the blue wallet. Turns out, we get the black wallet again. Wait, it doesn't end there. We send it back again with the free shipping label in exchange for the blue one, and YET AGAIN we receive the black wallet. I decided to just give up, keep the black wallet, and decide not to order from your company anymore. So very unimpressed with this service.

GIFT CARD

To the manager and to the cashier who I met that day, or whoever works at Guess, please read this carefully. At some point you will understand me why I wrote this. I went to Cross Iron Mills in Calgary last Saturday August 1, 2015 to purchase a bag, purse and one of those bracelets on the box. Since, I do have two gift cards I decided to used it, but then the cashier from their accidentally slipped the card on the side of the till which means, she can't get the card anymore. She decided to call the manager and she didn't get the card either. The manager also told me that they can't get the card unless someone who works on computers or mechanical can only get the card from there. The manager asked me to fill up a form, all my information was there, she said that she will send me the $25 card when she FOUND THE GIFT CARD. The cashier told her that the gift card was there. I talked to the manager and told her that I’m not from Calgary, which is I lived farther from that place and I'm only a VISITOR. Now, I’m still waiting for the e-mail to come. THAT CARD IS MINE, and HAVEN'T USE the $25 from there. I also remember, the manager asked me if I have cash or debit to purchase those items and I said yes, I do have but the thing is, I went to Guess to purchase those items using my gift card and not my money. Next day, my aunt was there at Guess Cross Iron Mills, I told them to go ad asked about the process of my gift card. For sure, I understand the policy of having manager in different days, and the people who work there. So, my aunt asked them about what happened about the gift card and they said they didn't know about it and those things like that like the GIFT CARD, they would send it RANDOMLY until they found the gift card. SERIOUSLY? So, how long do I need to wait for my card? Next year? Then the store will close and move somewhere? Until, they don't process my card? As a customer, it is unfair for me to be treated like that knowing and telling you that they can't do anything about my card, THAT'S MY CARD. I've been waiting here for so long for my gift card to come and I have a feeling that they didn't process yet and I don't want to drive 10 hours just to go there to inform them again! It's almost a week already! I know, if you're in my position right now you'll probably do the same way or worst than this. So please, do something about this. Thank you.

Went to topanga mall woodland hills two female associates one was in management position where in deep personal conversation . I was ignored never said hello too or as little if I need help .

I had to wait 15 mins to try my clothes .

It seems like we are paying people to walk around . Worst store worst service they need to be closed !!!!

Wanted to cancel an order i made online. Whatever you do DO NOT EMAIL THEM!

No one checks those. I call them and the first lady who could have easily cancelled my order told me to call the carrier and then gave me the wrong carrier and number. By the time I called the second time they had finished preparing it and there was nothing they could do.

Even though its still at their warehouse. Seriously annoyed that the only times their lines are open are 9am to 1pm mon-fri and the advice the lady gave me over the phone was "call earlier on a monday" as if i dont have to work!
