Guess - No refund after 2 weeks!
This company is a joke. I returned few clothes and still no refund after 2 weeks of waiting. I emailed and called Guess 2 times about this matter and they keep saying they refunded the money. Either don't return or don't buy at this company. Clothes are cheap and customer service is horrible.
Guess - They refuse to contact
I bought four items and sent to one friend as a gift for her and another friend. The bags were o.k but, both necklaces weren’t in a box or a bag and were tangled beyond fix. I sent them pics, etc they said they would refund me (2wks ago) not a word and they won’t call back! This after 8 yrs is my last purchase!
I’m very frustrated with Guess
I tried to return items in the store and they wouldn’t issue me a refund due to the items being on sale. I have always purchased items on sale and have never had a problem with returning them before. I am very irritated with my experience. You are losing a customer. I am requesting a refund from my credit card and will no longer be shopping at your store.
