I called guess customer service this morning because a wallet I bought on Monday was not shipped yet (after 3 full business days).On the website, they say they ship within 1 business day.

It was all fine at first, she checked and said it's out of stock. I don't know why it took them so long to contact me that it's out of stock or list an item online when it's out of stock. But I'm like 'okay.' Then I got curious for another order I placed which was also not shipped yet but it was ordered after the first one. So, I asked about that, "can you also check the status for my another order please?" She said "hmm...

okay" as if she's impatient.From that moment, she answered me as if she doesn't want to and she kept trying to end the call before I finished asking questions.
