I’ve recently purchased clothes from Guess Factory online and they’ve turned out damaged. The hoodie is ripped.

The shoulder side has a huge whole on it! I’ve contacted Guess Customer Service and to receive a refund you have to pay for shipping and handling. Why should I have to pay for damaged clothing. This will be my first and last purchase I’ll be making with them.

The clothes looks so FAKE! I’ve contacted customer service and they’ve stated I needed to go online to print an Airway Bill but would be billed for it.

This is ridiculous. Every store I’ve made purchases through them always sends a return label if in case the clothing is not satisfied with.
