Last Monday, after I tried on several dresses, I decided to buy two of them which were in 50 percent. The cashier asked me for my ID besides I had my Chase and Suntrust debit cards, as well as my Visa.

Well, I'll buy just one of the dresses since you feel doubts- I understood your policy. But nowdars you should have a chip reader; I wasn't planning to go to the store but decided to buy something not that expensive, so my husband could give it to my children for Mother's Day. She promised to keep the dress until tomorrow, actually, besides I told her store's policies allow 24 hours. This morning, I went back to the store ( Tampa Prime Outlets ), the dress wasn't at the front desk, I explained to the manager and I went empty handed.

I have felt insulted twice in your store. Is that the way you treat to your customers.

I don't recalled anybody to insist for a drivers license for such small amount of money. The manager stated even for two dollars??
