I purchased a few items online , which all were shipped in different packages. So far I was ok with that , but then one of my packages didnt even have a tracking number. I contacted customer service but they never replied and I never had a response about what happened to this specific package.

I had a very unpleasant experience at one of the guess stores, the employees were very rude and unprofessional. I was respectful and I expect to be treated with respect as a customer. I buy from that specific location often and I will no longer buy from guess nor will my friends and family unless they resolve this issue at this store.
