Dear managers, I bought a guess wallet a while ago , few months after my usage , which I assure it's ultimately neat and clean, the wallet's leather has been torn and peeled in a totally ashaming way. Well, my being an old GUESS customer have always given me blind confidence in your products and their efficient quality, but this time I am totally disappointed.
Further more when I went to the GUESS store which I bought the wallet from they assured me that they will upgrade my complaint but unfortunately they neglected it for weeks and This turned me more frustrated. So please dear respected managers would you please put my complaint into consideration and let me know with the consequences as soon as possible Rana Yousef
