Guess - Haven't received my order and waiting for a refund

I haven't received my order as I had problems with DHL. I've send Guess a complaint asking for a refund, and I am still waiting for it for more than 3 weeks now. I can't contact DHL/UK Mail to confirm if they've send the order back, and Guess is not answering either. Really disappointed about the whole situation.
