Not resolved

I have ordered an item in the beginning of January, it didn’t fit well so I’ve sent it back on the 17th January. It been 5 weeks since I’ve sent it back I still haven’t received any confirmation email and still no refund.

Contacted customer services 3 times already, not very helpful at all! 2 weeks ago I was told item has been received on the 7th of February and I’ll receive confirmation email upon “return management”.

Well I’ve contacted again few days ago and was told absolutely the same thing. It’s ridiculous
