Need help regarding guess suitcase is broken. I bought it from London tkmax in August 2022. I don't have my receipt The zip is broken while I was travelling. I had it temporarily fixed in order to get back to London. I would like to return it and request a refund please

Can not speak to anyone in costumer service
I placed an order on November 20, 2022 and have not received it. I have called all the costumer service phone numbers I found on google and can not get a hold of anyone all the numbers are always with a busy signal, its frustrating. I needed the outfit for December 12 and no luck with outfit or refund.
User's recommendation: Answer y the phones please.
