Guess - Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. Too bad I can’t upload the video. She’s is supposedly the manager, but she doesn’t even know how to use a calculator. If someone pays in partial cash and gift card, don’t tell them they can’t get anything back in cash!
Guess - Worst experience ever
They send the package to the wrong address ( not my mistake) and promised I will get a refund as soon as they receive a package back . After couple days I called them again and they said that there is nothink they can do and basically they stole my money . Never received either package or refund. Dob't buy from them!!!

Guess - No service on faulty product
I bought a Guess purse six weeks ago and within a couple of weeks it was splitting every where. This was a purse costing $110.00. I contacted Guess and was told they don’t have any help unless you buy at their online store! In other words they don’t stand behind their product!!!!
