Guess - Invest in customer service
I waited almost 1 hour online for someone to answer the darn phone, another 15mins to track a order Not very good wasting people time just waiting and waiting
Guess - Poor customer service
I ordered 2 items. One was shipped immediately and the other sat there for a week with no update. I emailed customer service and no response. I called only to argue about the 1 item I already. The agent told me the item was at UPS. I finally get to look up my account to see the item shipped today. He was not bright enough to just say that and instead told me to call UPS.

Purchased worth $650 return next to store to clarify pricing of clarify.The girl at the counter was asked by her manager to stop attending to us as he had to on break while there was only one customer at cash out. It would have taken her two min. He was rude to me for no reason. His break was more important than to attend to a paying and repeat customer

Guess - Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Extremely rude. Too bad I can’t upload the video. She’s is supposedly the manager, but she doesn’t even know how to use a calculator. If someone pays in partial cash and gift card, don’t tell them they can’t get anything back in cash!
Guess - Worst experience ever
They send the package to the wrong address ( not my mistake) and promised I will get a refund as soon as they receive a package back . After couple days I called them again and they said that there is nothink they can do and basically they stole my money . Never received either package or refund. Dob't buy from them!!!
