THE PHONES FOR “CUSTOMER SERVICE” ARE NOT ANSWERED ALL WEEK. THERE IS ROBOTIC MESSAGE AT THE END THAT SAYS THEY CANNOT ANSWER. NO REPLIES FROM E-MAILS EITHER. I CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY ARE OF NO HELP EITHER! I’M DOME BUYING FROM THIS OVERPRICED STORE.

Guess - Not Fair

I bought $500 worth of jeans and the next day they promoted a free gift for purchase of $150 more, but I'm not eligible because their system doesn't allow them to do it. I call this unfair and false advertising to lure in customers. I will be making returns once I receive the delivery.

Guess bag from Frasers peeling

I bought a guess bag for R2300 at Frasers ,Brooklyn ,Pretoria in June 2016.I used the bag about 4 times and kept it in the white storage bag. This bag is now peeling with handles which are coming apart at the seams.How can I have it repaired or replaced.My Busby,Spikes and Sparrow and Danier bags are much older and all looking good.
