Guess bag from Frasers peeling

I bought a guess bag for R2300 at Frasers ,Brooklyn ,Pretoria in June 2016.I used the bag about 4 times and kept it in the white storage bag. This bag is now peeling with handles which are coming apart at the seams.How can I have it repaired or replaced.My Busby,Spikes and Sparrow and Danier bags are much older and all looking good.
