I bought four items and sent to one friend as a gift for her and another friend. The bags were o.k but, both necklaces weren’t in a box or a bag and were tangled beyond fix. I’m very frustrated with Guess
I tried to return items in the store and they wouldn’t issue me a refund due to the items being on sale. I have always purchased items on sale and have never had a problem with returning them before. I am very irritated with my experience. You are losing a customer. I am requesting a refund from my credit card and will no longer be shopping at your store.
