This must be the biggest coincidence. ...minutes after joining this site Guess finally confirmed my issue has gone to head office and a refund should be issued. We will see

I purchased a Kinley Tote bag in Belfast airport. Within a few days of use the handles and edges started to split.Ongoing issues with Guess online 'customer service'.Each email is from a different person and Im getting nowhere.Last email was to say it was escalated to Head Office.......then today another email from yet another Guess Representative.

I wont be worn down though and will keep on until I get my money back!!!! Sadly it seems that this is commonplace with this terrible company.
