I tried contacting them multiple times. I received a jumpsuit with only one strap.

They promised they gonna send the strap so I was waiting and have the item tailored now. I called again after a month and they told me they don't have the strap anymore and there's nothing much they can do but to just give me a 50% refund. I can't use the jumpsuit anymore what am I gonna do with it with one strap. And I am left with no other choice.

Never again, Guess. You guys suck. Don't buy from them. All of their customer service representatives suck.

Even the manager and supervisor. They're all useless.
