I have had a store credit for ages that I am trying to use up. Every time I order, it does not let me apply it.

When I call, nobody answers the phone. By the time I get a hold of someone, the item in my shopping cart is not available any more. This happened far too many times. What a waste of time!!!

Also, I am a guest list member, they claim to give free shipping, which is not true. Fix your website. This is annoying. Who has time for this?

There are many other clothing stores out there.

I won't give you my business no more! This is unbelievable!

Their website sucks. Said free shipping up until checkout so I tried to call a service rep.

Impossible trying to understand her accent. I tried to call back for a differant rep, the message machine said experiencing high volume calls and to call back.

BYE BOGUS business. I'll spend my 500 somewhere else!!!
