I have had a store credit for ages that I am trying to use up. Every time I order, it does not let me apply it.
When I call, nobody answers the phone. By the time I get a hold of someone, the item in my shopping cart is not available any more. This happened far too many times. What a waste of time!!!
Also, I am a guest list member, they claim to give free shipping, which is not true. Fix your website. This is annoying. Who has time for this?
There are many other clothing stores out there.
I won't give you my business no more! This is unbelievable!
