I'm sick and tired to call million times and explain again and again! If I can't sort it out I'm gonna open a case to claim guess factory outlet!

Last day of may, I saw some bags were only 13.79$ and I purchased around 30 bags (there were no limit) 2-3 days later my order was cancelled and they wanted me to call to explain. They gave ridiculously unprofessional reasons! So to make me honor they gave me 10 bags. The lady on the phone took my credit card number and everything she told me that "they gonna charge me full amount and than after I receive my order they make discount it's gonnna be around 146$ something !

They told me that it's gonna happen within 48 hours now it's almost 200 hours that I did not get my discounted money back! How many times I called they told me to wait another 24 hours! I called my bank they did not receive any money! And my balance is still outstanding I did not receive my all bags either!

I don't want anybody to call m to say "soooorii" !!!!!

i had had enough !!!!! I will go to BBM and wherever I can go I will!
